Congratulations to Julie Davies of Yarramin. Julie won the fabric pack for online shopping in December.
I thought I'd share Julie's story with you. Her husband told her to ‘buy yourself something nice’ for Christmas. Does this sound familiar to any of you ladies? Even though she told him she didn’t know what she wanted, he insisted that she ‘get something’.
So Julie dropped by the Country Quilt Co shop in North Ipswich and bought herself something nice. She must have enjoyed herself because she went home and did some 'more serious' shopping with us online. Julie had realised that this was an opportunity to teach her husband a subtle lesson that it is never wise to tell your wife to just go and spend some money on something.
Julie was really excited when her shopping and the fabric bundle turned up at her house. She rang to say thank you, and told me that the girls were coming to her house for sewing tomorrow, so she was going to position her bundle of fabric just so they could all drool over it!
Julie you really are good fun!
